The beef from Lemieux Creek Ranch was tender and had the great “grass fed beef” taste we have come to love. Les was great to work with too – he was accommodating of our needs, provided tips for butchering, and responded promptly to our questions. It was awesome to be able to support local farmers like Les and his wife, to receive a wholesome, humanely raised product (that we feel great about feeding to our kids too), and to have a whole stockpile of delicious cuts at our fingertips!
