The beef raised by Les and Chris Yates at Lemieux Creek Ranch is the best our family has ever eaten. This has been consistently so for the many years we have been buying from them. Having visited their farm, I believe the quality of their meat is so high because of the way their cattle are bred, fed and treated. Seeing their herd grow into the hearty, strong, contented animals they are now makes me appreciate having this source of beef I can always trust to be delicious and pure.
